Sarah is the founder of Prepared Parenting, a consultancy supporting mothers in the first three years of parenthood. With four decades of experience as a paediatric nurse, postpartum doula, and AMI-trained Montessori 0–3 educator, Sarah offers compassionate, practical wisdom for navigating the early months with confidence.
